Return Policy

In the unlikely and unfortunate event you do not get the fit you were looking for, we will take care of your first refit free of charge within 60 days of receipt of your order.  Simply email us at sales@simpletailor.com and we'll get you taken care of.  Free return shipping (US Only) is covered by us.

All refits after 60 days of receipt of your order will require an additional payment of 50% of the original sales order. 

We will always go the extra mile to ensure you are always left with the perfect fit!

SPECIAL NOTES FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE US:

The following terms specifically apply to customers outside of the United States:

  • Customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, fees, or taxes. These fees are non-refundable; sorry.
  • Complimentary outbound shipping is provided for items returned for refitting to all customers outside of the US, however, the customer is still responsible for any incurred customs fees or taxes upon receipt of the refitted product.
